How do I choose my size?
Product pages list the sizes and the measurements we have from the maker, in cm and inches, and sized clothing and boots have a size chart. Measure yourself as shown in our size guide and compare. Letter sizes vary between makers and countries, so go by the measurements, not the letter. If you are between two sizes, or want to wear layers underneath, choose the larger one. If a measurement you need is missing, ask us before you order.
What are your clothes made of?
Each product page names the material in plain words, such as cotton, linen blend, velvet, faux leather or real leather. What the page says is what you get. If you would like to know more about a fabric, email us before you order.
Are your clothes historically accurate?
They are inspired by medieval, Renaissance and fantasy styles and made to look right at faires, LARP events and cosplay meet-ups. If your group has strict period rules, email us and we will tell you what we know about the piece.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every order. We pack your order in 2–4 business days and email you a tracking number when it ships. Delivery then takes 7–10 business days, so most orders arrive within 9–14 business days. Orders ship from our warehouses in the United States or Hong Kong, depending on stock and your delivery address. See our shipping policy.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Do you have a discount for bigger orders?
Yes. Shop $250 or more and we take $50 off automatically at checkout, so you pay only $200. No code needed.
What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we send a full replacement at no extra cost. If your parcel is lost in the mail, we send a full replacement too. See our refund policy.
Can I return or exchange an item that doesn’t fit?
No. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for sizing, so please check the size chart on the product page and our size guide before you order. Not sure? Email us your height, chest and waist and we’ll suggest a size.
What is the armour made for?
Our armour, bracers and helms are faux leather pieces made for LARP, faires, cosplay and display. They are light and flexible, so you can move freely and wear them all day.
Can I wear faux leather in the rain?
Yes. Faux leather copes well with a shower. Wipe it dry with a soft cloth afterwards and let it air-dry at room temperature.
